Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or in community-based locations, implementing skill-building and care plans under supervision. Record session data accurately, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families as part of a clinical team. RBT certification is required before working; positions start part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment and paid training. Opportunities for fellowship and internship to accumulate hours; referral bonuses available. Location: Lebanon, MO.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification required before working
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, calm demeanor
- Experience with children with Autism or interest in ABA is a plus
