Therapy Supervisor

Manage counseling service delivery, evaluate quality outcomes, and provide direct care to patients by assessing psychosocial conditions and implementing treatment plans. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and clinical supervision for interns, while conducting performance evaluations, coaching staff, and managing disciplinary actions. Review time cards, approve leave requests, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and federal standards. Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Director to update staff on guidelines and advocate for patients and therapists. Work in a general office environment with occasional travel, reporting directly to the Behavioral Health Director.
