Job Summary
Therapy Supervisor at SOL Mental Health oversees clinical leadership across a therapy team, communicates and implements policy, coordinates care transitions and referrals, maintains a reduced caseload to enable leadership, provides coaching and supervision to associate and licensed therapists, participates in hiring and training, and leads case consultations while continuing direct patient care as part of an integrated care model. Requires an active NY LCSW license, 3-5 years post-graduate clinical experience, supervisory experience preferred, and strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Location: Brooklyn, NY (on-site). Required Qualifications
- Active, independent LCSW license in NY
- 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience
- supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Experience with EHR systems
- Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities
