Therapy Supervisor (LCSW-C or LCPC)

Manage the delivery of WCHC counseling services by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, while overseeing staff performance, evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Conduct regular one-to-one check-ins, prepare annual appraisals, and approve time cards, leave requests, and continuing education fund requests. Serve as the Clinical Supervisor for all Clinical Interns, ensuring counseling services comply with clinic protocols, professional ethics, and federal, state, and local standards. Monitor treatment plan delivery compliance, assess clinician caseloads and productivity, and manage call-outs or staffing shortages. Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Director to inform support staff and providers of updates and guidelines. Advocate for patients and therapy staff while representing the company in internal and external meetings.
