Job Summary
Deliver high-quality clinical training and education to NHS staff and patients, supporting nursing and medical teams with added-value sessions and ongoing product guidance. Build and maintain relationships with key customers by aligning activities with Territory Action Plans and protecting existing business through stakeholder engagement. Work closely with the Regional Business Manager to ensure all training delivery supports overarching business strategy and competitor awareness. Maintain awareness of competitor products and services while planning and assessing clinical training for groups and individuals. This full-time, field-based role requires extensive travel across the Southwest of the UK, including regular overnight stays, and is open to candidates across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Proven Critical Care or Intensive Care experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals
- Confident in delivering training and education to clinical teams
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region, including regular overnight stays
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Experience of working in Critical Care / Intensive Care Units
- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential
- Therapy Specialist Nurse posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure
