Therapy Services Representative - Float

Greet patients upon arrival, explain new patient paperwork and benefits, and collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles during service rendering. Manage the front end office by verifying benefits, authorizing therapy, scheduling new and established patients, and monitoring prescriptions for expiration. Process financial end-of-day collections, reconcile accounts, and follow up on inactive patients or insurance issues like terminated coverage. Retrieve and return voicemails, distribute and collect mail twice daily, maintain a tidy workspace, and complete chart discharge procedures. Cross-train in all therapy front desk areas and attend monthly staff meetings.
