Job Summary
Schedule patients for inpatient therapy services and coordinate inpatient resources to ensure timely continuum of care, reducing scheduling conflicts, changes, and cancellations/no-shows across rehab disciplines. Collaborates with inpatient therapists, physicians, Clinical Care Coordinators, nurses, unit secretaries, and dietary staff to provide timely services and complete required documentation. Starting wage is $18.70/hour; wage may change based on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least one (1) year experience in a healthcare setting
- Basic computer knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business or higher in the field of healthcare
- Two (2) or more years work experience in healthcare
- Familiarity with rehabilitation, and/or healthcare front office
- Previous experience in scheduling and customer service
