Job Summary
Secure revenue targets by strategically expanding existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new clients within the Nordrhein-Westfalen region. Proactively plan and execute commercial activities to drive market penetration, while developing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Provide expert therapy counseling to physicians and medical staff on neuromodulation solutions, including Spinal Cord Stimulation and Targeted Drug Delivery. Support operational procedures such as implantations, programming, and post-operative training at selected facilities. Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to implement growth strategies and manage CRM systems for order and billing processes. Requires 75% travel, full measles vaccination, and proficiency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Masernimpfung (Measles vaccination)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im technischen oder medizinischen Bereich (z. B. Medizintechnik)
- Gute anatomische Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte technische und medizinische Affinität
- Sicheres, professionelles Auftreten sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise mit hoher Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Vertriebsaffinität
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und relevanten Tools
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Integrität
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 75 %)
- Gültiger Führerschein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
