Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities using the Geriatric House Calls model; treat to improve mobility, independence and quality of life, and document in FOX’s EMR. Roles include in-home visits and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team (OT/PT/SLP/Fitness) with potential telehealth components to extend access; full-time in-home & senior living care with salaried benefits, plus options for part-time and PRN, and opportunities for new graduates. Requires driving to patient homes and meeting the physical demands of in-home and community-based care; licensed OT and degree from an accredited OT program are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
