Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, memory care) within the FOX Geriatric House Calls model. Deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence, and functional outcomes; document in FOX’s EMR; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists); may include telehealth/virtual care to extend access; drive to patient homes and community settings as part of in-home and senior living care. Opportunities include full-time in-home & senior living care (salaried with benefits), part-time with benefits eligibility, and pay-per-unit PRN roles; emphasis on autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient relationships. New graduates eligible for mentoring program; comprehensive benefits including health insurance, certification reimbursement, mileage, and growth within a clinician-operated practice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
