Job Summary
Prepare treatment areas, organize therapy equipment, and escort residents safely to and from appointments. Clean and sanitize equipment per infection control standards, stock supplies, and maintain a clean gym. Assist therapists with non-clinical support tasks to keep the department running efficiently while helping create a welcoming environment. Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and team members to support quality resident care in a friendly, supportive rehabilitation setting. On-the-job training provided with opportunities for career growth within healthcare.
