Job Summary
Design and implement therapy programs and protocols that align with the facility's mission, goals, and standards of care. Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices. Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and budget, while organizing ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff. Analyze program data and outcomes to identify improvement areas and implement strategies for enhanced effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Requires current state licensure in PT, PTA, OT, or COTA, CPR certification, and a relevant degree. Part-time schedule with weekly pay and benefits including health, dental, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services
- Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure in respective discipline
- Current valid CPR certification
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus
