Job Summary
Manage all therapy operations for assigned locations, ensuring high-quality care delivery and financial stewardship. Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of supervisors and staff, while leading clinical development through orientation, competency assessments, and ongoing education. Ensure accurate, compliant documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement by coordinating medical record audits and implementing policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related therapy field, 1-2 years of leadership experience, and active PT, OT, or SLP licensure in Texas, plus BLS certification within 14 days. Based at St. Luke's Health - Patients Medical Center in the Greater Houston area.

- Bachelors in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or other Physical/Occupational Therapy related field
- Physical Therapist: TX (PT:TX)
- Occupational Therapist: TX (OT:TX)
- Speech Language Pathologist: TX (SLP:TX)
- American Heart BLS
