Therapy Manager (Sales Rep)

Therapy Manager (Sales Rep) for the Oklahoma territory to drive adoption of the ReActiv8 neurostimulation therapy. Responsibilities include territory management and growth, developing a territory business plan with targets and timelines, managing a pipeline of patients and accounts, physician and account engagement with value-based messaging, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and Reimbursement teams, and field activities such as in-clinic consultation, surgical case support, and educational programs. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of sales experience in complex environments, excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to extensive travel, including presence in the OR. Salary range is base pay of $85,000 plus variable compensation with total compensation package including benefits and equity; equal opportunity employer; E-Verify.
