Job Summary
Plan and implement overall rehabilitation program policies, procedures, and services for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech departments. Manage therapy staff day-to-day, assess resident needs, and ensure proper care delivery with compassion. Build trust-based relationships with residents, families, and staff while analyzing data to determine program effectiveness. Coordinate clinical aspects, manage insurance/billing issues, and complete monthly billing to ensure maximum reimbursement. Interact with interdisciplinary team members, monitor compliance, and champion an inclusive workplace culture. Requires medium-heavy physical work and frequent interruptions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current state license in therapy discipline
- CPR certification
