Job Summary
Provide clinical and product training to new and existing customers, creating comprehensive plans to optimize practice flow for the Sight Sciences TearCare System. Partner with Ocular Surface Representatives to support existing accounts while conducting business-level conversations with ECPs and office administrators. Implement marketing plans, promotions, and programs, and ensure accurate data entry and forecasting in CRM. Stay current on dry eye technologies and maintain regulatory compliance across all commercial partners through regular training and coaching. Travel 20% to 40% overnight, with face-to-face interactions comprising 90% of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in clinical optometric/ophthalmic setting
- Education and experience in an eye care practice setting with in-office interventional technologies
- Experience with ocular surface disease identification and management with devices
- Experience in training and/or coaching
- Solution-oriented and change agile
- Effective communicator with the ability to resolve conflict and solve problems with win-win outcomes
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of and experience with market access and reimbursement
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- 20% to 40% overnight travel
- 90% face-to-face interaction with customers
- Stamina to maintain energy levels throughout the day to handle physical demands associated with the job
- Ability to lift and carry equipment, sometimes up to 50 pounds or more
