Therapy Development Specialist - Miami

Job Summary
Provide clinical and product training to new and existing TearCare customers, with a focus on growing TearCare usage and sales. Develop comprehensive plans with each practice to optimize patient flow and TearCare utilization in a reimbursed environment, and partner with the Ocular Surface Representative to support TearCare accounts. Maintain regular touchpoints with assigned accounts, conduct business-level conversations with ECPs and office administrators, support patient access through reimbursement resources, ensure accurate CRM data entry and forecasting, leverage tearCare clinical data in discussions, implement marketing plans, attend conferences, stay current on dry eye technologies, and maintain regulatory compliance (FDA QSR, ISO 13485). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of experience in clinical optometric/ophthalmic setting
- Experience in training and/or coaching
- Knowledge of and experience with market access and reimbursement
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Driving/Travel readiness (20-40% overnight travel)
