Develop and expand Medtronic health programs by mapping local government units, building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, patient organizations, and universities in Poland; analyze LGU readiness, coordinate implementation, and report on results while supporting regional capacity building and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with local government units, public institutions, or the healthcare sector
- Higher education – preferably in public health, health economics, management, public policy, health analytics, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and presentation/communication skills
- Knowledge of the Polish healthcare system and developing healthcare programs
- Independent, proactive, and results oriented
- Category B driving license and willingness to work in the field
