Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales targets in the Abbott Electrophysiology unit; develop profitable business with new and existing customers; direct sales process; retain long-term customer relationships; introduce new products/services; prepare short and long-range sales plans and create sales strategies utilizing marketing programs to reach targets; ensure high-quality customer service and migrate information to appropriate sales representatives when clients have additional service needs.
