Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship to foster a warm, homelike environment. Create a comforting atmosphere while demonstrating physical stamina for lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility. Collaborate with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, maintaining respectful communication that supports the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Work full-time Sunday through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
