Job Summary
Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) supports geriatric residents by assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and helping create a homelike, respectful environment. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, collaboration with therapy and facility teams, and contributing to a caring, compassionate atmosphere while upholding C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and resident mobility
