Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and create a homelike environment that prioritizes dignity and individualized attention. Work with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated care while maintaining physical stamina for lifting and mobility assistance. Foster a supportive atmosphere through compassionate communication and adherence to C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
