Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing companionship and reassurance to foster a warm, homelike environment. Collaborate with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care that prioritizes dignity and individualized attention. Demonstrate physical stamina for tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility while maintaining a respectful, positive work atmosphere. Maintain C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence in all interactions with residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
