Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and create a homelike environment that values dignity and individualized attention. Work with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated care while demonstrating physical stamina for lifting and assisting with resident mobility. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
