Therapy Care Specialist - Specialty Infusion Pharmacy Technician

Coordinate timely medication dispense and delivery for specialty pharmacy patients by acting as the single point of contact and liaison with branch personnel. Capture assessment data, ascertain supply needs, and schedule new and refill deliveries under the supervision of a specialty pharmacist. Run daily and weekly pharmacy reports, answer phones, monitor incoming faxes, and send orders to physicians for signature. Maintain active patient insurance coverage by working with intake and reimbursement staff to pursue authorizations and re-authorizations. Document all patient interactions and care coordination in the designated system of record. Complete required therapy-specific training and utilize national and local resources within the SoleoRx TCMC model to facilitate high-quality care across the patient care continuum.
