Job Summary
Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share by promoting the Division's products according to strategy. Build relationships with stakeholders including doctors, chemists, and stockists while carrying out effective field work without direct supervision. Report daily field activities on the assigned online system and maintain Meeting Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency norms. Achieve assigned territory sales targets through relationship building and strategy facilitation. Travel 100% of the time with a standard work shift.
Required Qualifications
- BSc/B. Pharma
- 2+ Yrs of experience
- Fluent and confident in communication
- Good communication and analytical skill
- Prior/current experience in same therapy
- Experience in MNC
- Experience in top Indian Pharma companies
- 100 % of the Time travel
