Therapy Business Manager | GI Maxima | Bolpur

Therapy Business Manager responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in the assigned market, driving primary and secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets. Supervise distributor network, develop customer management plans, approve expiry credits, appoint and set credit limits for distributors, plan resource utilization, and participate in Strategy Execution reviews. Plan monthly/quarterly business, trade activation, demand generation and fulfillment, conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors, build and maintain a list of doctors/chemists, identify potential towns for distributor appointment, organize CME and clinics activations for brand visibility, coordinate merchandising and sampling per division strategy, support successful new product launches, execute customer management plans to achieve KPIs (100% doctor coverage, target call averages, market intelligence, inventory management at retailer level), and drive visibility of Abbott brands through retail meets and market initiatives.
