Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy interventions for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder or developmental delays under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists. Execute interdisciplinary treatment plans in 1:1 and small group settings to support skill acquisition and decrease maladaptive behaviors while tracking client progress through data collection and graphing. Conduct baseline measurements, respond appropriately to behavioral functions, and complete incident reports within 24 hours. Attend regular team meetings to review progress and communicate updates to caregivers and clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in ABA/SLP/OT or a related field or pursuing education in these fields
- At least 1 year experience implementing ABA, SLPA, or OTA treatments with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Education and demonstrated ability in ethical and professional practice
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Monday - Friday, 8:45AM - 7PM EST
- Saturdays and 3-4 evenings are required
- Must be available for caseload building
