Therapy Aide/Safety Coach

Perform patient-related tasks assigned by therapists, including lifting patients to/from mats, treatment tables, and wheelchairs, and assisting with transfers, appliance donning/doffing, and positioning in parallel bars. Transport patients to therapy sessions and prepare them for standing with orthotic or prosthetic devices. Provide direct patient care for individuals with brain or spinal injuries who may require structured activities for behavior management, de-escalation, and improved task attending. Manage patient scheduling and assist nursing staff with behavioral presentations. Complete a 10-hour shift with a required BLS certification.
