Job Summary
Provide direct, in-person individual, parent, and family group counseling services to clients in homes, schools, and other settings according to established protocols and treatment plans. Complete child/adolescent and parent intake interviews and their subsequent dictation, then submit all required clinical documentation to the case file within program timeframes. Achieve stated treatment goals with assigned youth or families while adhering to the organization's trauma-informed and healing-centered perspective. This role supports the agency's mission to build resilience and foster independence for children, youth, and families through inclusive programming.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a human service discipline
- Enrolled in a human service Master's program
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to meet clients in the community
