Therapist

Conduct initial and follow-up assessments to determine treatment needs and develop individualized case plans. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions while documenting progress in clear, timely case notes. Monitor individual progress throughout treatment, communicate with staff and external professionals, and participate in weekly treatment team meetings. Create aftercare plans upon discharge, liaise with insurance companies, and assist with yearly audits. Transport individuals to appointments and represent TPC Wellness in court when necessary. Maintain licensure and attend required training.
