Job Summary
You will provide compassionate care to individuals experiencing mood and thought disorders, focusing on individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Responsibilities include offering supportive counseling, monitoring progress towards treatment goals, collaborating with treatment team members, and participating in family meetings. A master's degree and a Maryland therapy license (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC) are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a Maryland license such as LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC at the time of hire
