Job Summary
Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings using trauma-informed practices to support self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. Develop evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with public/private agencies to coordinate long-term service needs. Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions while ensuring timely documentation for client case records. Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data. Maintain a valid driver's license to meet agency driving standards for in-home visits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- BSRB licensure (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC)
- 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet agency driving standards
- Ability to develop client-focused interventions
- Ability to manage multiple cases
- Completion of Predictive Index assessment
