Job Summary
Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings using trauma-informed practices to support self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. Develop evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with public/private agencies, and support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation. Ensure timely documentation for client case records and coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff. Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data. This role focuses on guiding families toward safe and stable environments within the Family Preservation Services Program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- BSRB licensure (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC)
- 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet agency driving standards
- Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases
- Predictive Index assessment completion
