Therapist

Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings using trauma-informed practices to support self-regulation, communication, and problem-solving. Develop evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners. Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions while ensuring timely documentation for client case records and reports. Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff, using technology to maintain electronic client files and data. Requires Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy with BSRB licensure and 2+ years of experience working with children and families. Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards are mandatory.
