Job Summary
Therapist - Substance Use Recovery role on the Adult Outpatient team providing individual psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention to adults with mental health and/or substance use concerns. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals/waitlists, conducting assessments and treatment planning, offering daytime crisis intervention, delivering culturally competent, recovery-oriented care, ensuring thorough documentation, interfacing with other providers to ensure wraparound services, participating in team meetings and quality assurance, and providing licensure supervision if applicable. Requires a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and licensure provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri (PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW). Strong communication, organizational skills, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team are essential. The position is full-time, onsite in Missouri (St. Robert/Saint Robert area) with standard 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, and does not indicate relocation assistance or H-1B sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required
- Licensure provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy and crisis intervention to adults
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with clients
- Strong documentation and adherence to regulations
- Open to licensure supervision (if applicable)
