Job Summary
Therapist position within Quadrant Health Group focused on substance abuse treatment. Under supervision of the Executive Clinical Director, the therapist conducts Biopsychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, and leads process groups and individual sessions with facility clients (virtual options noted). Responsibilities include charting and timely documentation, performing initial assessments and re-assessments, mental status examinations, providing individual, couple/family, and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention (including 5150 determinations), and ensuring adherence to professional standards and boundaries. Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, or related social science, and licensure/registration as LMFT, LCSW, LCDC, or LPC (or credentialed psychologist/psychological assistant). Minimum of two years’ experience in evaluating/treating mental illness and/or substance use; background check and health screening required. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years
- Master or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling or social science
- Licensed or registered as an LMFT, LCSW, LCDC, or LPC; or by the Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Assistant
- Minimum of two years’ experience in evaluating and/or treating persons suffering from mental illness and/or substance abuse
- Criminal Background and pre-employment drug screen clearance required
- Health Screen required
