Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients as a Speech-Language Pathologist per written plan of care, develops functional goals, plans for discharge, and communicates progress. Provides interdisciplinary collaboration, documents interventions in the medical record, reassesses patient status, and contributes to staff and student development. Maintains ASHA Code of Ethics, delivers patient and family education, and may supervise clinical students, licensed assistants, technicians, and volunteers. Requires SLP licensure with SLP-CCC and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. PRN role based in Jonesboro, AR, delivering care consistent with plan of care and contributing to health care delivery through assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- SLP-CCC
- BLS Certification within 14 days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited SLP Program
