Job Summary
Therapist role with Southwest Behavioral & Health Services providing timely, evidenced-based clinical and non-clinical services to adults, children, and adolescents in the Metro OP Clinic. Responsibilities include intakes, assessments, treatment planning, psychiatric support, group interventions, therapy and/or clinical case management for a full caseload, home visits as needed, community consultation and education, and meticulous documentation in accordance with approved clinical standards. Work guidance follows the Jason K Principles and RBHA/OBHL guidelines; position requires developing and maintaining treatment plans, conducting psychosocial assessments, and ensuring compliance with program needs. Full-time, Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- The minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age
- Master’s degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work)
- One year of full-time behavioral health experience preferred.
- Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire.
- Required to maintain personal auto insurance per SBH guidelines.
