Job Summary
Part-time Therapist providing individual counseling to adults and seniors in skilled nursing/assisted living facilities. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, diagnosing using DSM-5 criteria, offering resources and referrals, maintaining timely clinical documentation, and managing a personal caseload. Requires a Master's degree in a qualifying clinical field and licensure as LCSW/LPC/LCPC/CMHC/LMFT or equivalent, with proficiency in DSM-5, treatment planning, and EHR/documentation. Travel between local facilities and reliable transportation are expected.
Required Qualifications
