Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients with identified behavioral health needs, conducting thorough psychosocial assessments and tailoring individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. Collaborate proactively with non-physician providers to orchestrate comprehensive psychiatric treatment plans and maintain meticulous documentation of all patient encounters. Regularly reassess patients to inform the development of new treatment plans, applying well-practiced psychotherapeutic modalities, particularly for childhood disorders. Work a 7a-4p, Monday-to-Friday schedule dependent on school hours at Galena Park Middle School. As part of Legacy Community Health, the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Southeast Texas, you will contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to driving healthy change in the community.
