Job Summary
Therapist position at Sana Lake Recovery in Dittmer, MO. You will perform various member care activities including individual trauma and co-occurring therapy as well as group trauma counseling, conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments, and develop diagnoses from assessments. You’ll collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning, maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources, and other service providers.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW, PLPC, LPC, or LCSW
- Previous work experience with dual diagnosis
- Knowledge about substance use and self-help meetings
- Familiarity with electronic health records
