Job Summary
The Community Based Therapist in the STAY, Wraparound Program, and Outpatient Services will provide trauma-informed psychotherapy to clients aged 3-20 with a focus on intensive in-home therapy. Responsibilities include driving the treatment planning process, exceeding billable hour requirements, maintaining client records, and ensuring effective communication with families and team members. The therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals and provide mentorship to other team members.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, psychiatry, counseling, or social work
- Professional licensure (LSW/LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, LPCC, LPC)
- Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage
- Successful completion of criminal background checks
- Ability to maintain flexible hours for client needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children and families
- Proficient in trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate software programs (Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Records)
- Experience in crisis prevention and risk management
