Job Summary
The Community Based Therapist in the STAY, Wraparound Program, and Outpatient Services is responsible for delivering trauma-informed psychotherapy to families and clients, managing caseloads, participating in team meetings, and ensuring the confidentiality of families served. Essential duties include providing individual, family, and group therapy, driving treatment planning from intake to discharge, maintaining accurate client records, and understanding Medicaid requirements. The therapist is part of a multidisciplinary team, required to transport clients, submit thorough documentation, and participate in clinical supervision. Candidates must possess a master's degree in relevant fields, hold appropriate licensure, and demonstrate skills in crisis management and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a master's degree and professional licensure in psychology, psychiatry, counseling, or social work
- Valid driver's license and required insurance coverage
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
