Job Summary
The Therapist provides direct clinical services under supervision, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to at-risk youth. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining documentation in accordance with state and Medicaid guidelines. The position requires a Master’s degree, appropriate licensure in Michigan, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Licensed as a LMSW (or LPC), or LLMSW in Michigan
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with at-risk youth
- Current state driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with at-risk youth
- Clinical supervision experience
- Ability to conduct telehealth sessions
