Job Summary
Therapist Respiratory RRT provides direct patient care in a technologically complex clinical setting, managing ventilator integration and airway management across multiple levels of care, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team. The role includes modeling proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare, contributing to safety and quality at the point of care, and pursuing internal growth via clinical ladders and process-improvement projects. It is a full-time night-shift position at UCHealth in Englewood, Colorado, with a three-year incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits; NBRC-registered RRT with BLS and NRP (if NICU) are required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
- NRP obtained within 1 year if assigned to NICU; tracked on unit.
