Job Summary
Therapist Respiratory RRT providing direct patient care in a technologically complex clinical setting with ventilator integration and airway management across multiple levels of care. Roles include promoting optimized care through respiratory therapy protocols, partnering with a multidisciplinary team, and modeling proficiency via precepting new healthcare staff. Opportunities for internal growth through clinical ladders and process-improvement projects. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- NRP obtained within 1 year if assigned to NICU; tracked on unit.
