Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy along with aftercare services to assigned residential and aftercare clients and their families under the Director of Residential, Clinical and Aftercare Services. Develop comprehensive clinical assessments, serve as liaison with community agencies, complete discharge planning and discharge summaries, and participate in treatment rounds to coordinate planning. Requires a Master's level qualification in social work or mental health counseling (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, MCH, LMHC) and a valid driver’s license; experience with individuals, families, and groups is preferred; able to function in a multidisciplinary team.
