Job Summary
Therapist (Remote) provides intensive behavioral health therapy and casework across individuals, groups, and families. Responsibilities include screening, assessing, diagnosing, creating treatment plans, conducting therapeutic interventions, interpreting assessments, coordinating services, following funding guidelines, maintaining records per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and supervising interns or staff as licensed. The role supports translation needs (Arabic/Spanish preferred) and may involve group therapy, referrals to community services, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress toward treatment goals. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, and current licensure as LPC/LMSW/LP or equivalent, with experience in mental health and substance use treatment. Travel is local; remote work is provided. Office-based duties include documentation and coordination within a climate-controlled environment. Licensure supervision for fully licensed therapists and potential supervision of interns are noted.

- Licenses/Certifications Required at Date of Hire: Valid driver�s license, and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC), or Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW), or Limited License Psychologist (LLP)
- QMHP Adults - 5 hours within 90 days after the first day of employment and annually thereafter
- QMHP Children � 24 hours within 90 days after the first day of employment, and annually thereafter
- CAFAS certified if the position is responsible for child therapy
- May require a (CAADC or CAADC-DP) Certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselor
- MCBAP Certified Addiction Counselor or Certified Advance Addiction and Drug Counselor may be required based on assigned functional area or ability to obtain within 6 months
