Therapist - PRN

Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders through individual, group, or family therapy sessions while conducting psychosocial assessments and developing discharge plans. Maintain documentation of services and manage assigned caseloads, coordinating additional services and participating in treatment team meetings. Provide case management, discharge planning, or after-care planning as needed and evaluate patient needs for referrals to other programs. May assist in educating staff on behavior management, training new clinical personnel, and coordinating clinical or educational activities with families. Demonstrate a positive attitude, resolve patient complaints, and prioritize patient safety. This role may be filled in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
